At Tuckshop Playkits, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Every kit, print, and download is made with care, and we take pride in delivering quality, meaningful products that encourage creativity and connection.
Please read the policy below for details on refunds, returns, and replacements.
1. Digital Products (Downloads & Printables)
All digital products (including printable playkits, activities, and posters) are non-refundable due to their instant and downloadable nature.
Once a file has been downloaded or delivered to your email, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
However, we want you to have a great experience — if you encounter any issues with your files (such as broken links or technical problems), please contact us at tuckshop.playkits@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase successfully.
2. Physical Products (Prints, Posters & Kits)
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at tuckshop.playkits@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen display differences.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging if a return is approved.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we’ll help you track it.
Once an item is shipped, delivery times are managed by Australia Post or the courier service, but we’ll always assist where possible.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders for physical items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped or a digital file delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
