Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Tuckshop Playkits, we carefully pack and send each order with love and attention to detail. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and tracking for both our physical products and digital downloads.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products within Australia.
If you’re outside Australia and would love a print or product, please contact us at tuckshop.playkits@gmail.com - we’ll do our best to make it happen.

All digital downloads (including printable playkits and posters) are available worldwide and delivered instantly via email.

2. Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Each print or kit is prepared with care, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (within Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal delays beyond our control (such as weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions).

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and your location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate delivery, which will be clearly shown on the website.

5. Packaging

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped flat or in a sturdy tube to protect them during transit.
Playkits and small items are packed securely in padded mailers or boxes.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).
You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey via Australia Post or the nominated courier service.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please double-check your delivery address and tracking number.

  2. Contact us at tuckshop.playkits@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll help locate it.

While we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by postal services, we’ll always do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.

8. Digital Downloads

For digital products (like printable playkits and posters):

  • You’ll receive your files immediately after checkout via a download link sent to your email.

  • If you don’t see your download email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

  • If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll resend them.

9. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you realise there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at tuckshop.playkits@gmail.com.
We can’t replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer once they’ve been shipped.
